Last updated 21 August 2026. By using your referral link you agree to these terms.
1. The programme
This is an affiliate / ambassador programme, not a job. It is free to join. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, worker, agent or partner, and you are not guaranteed any work, hours or earnings.
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter this agreement.
One person or business per account. You are responsible for everything done with your link.
2. What you earn
20% of the first payment made by a customer who subscribes through your link, then 10% of each renewal for as long as that subscription stays active ("lifetime").
A qualified sale is a NEW paid subscription made through your link whose payment succeeds and is not later refunded, disputed or found to be fraudulent.
Commission is created only after Stripe confirms a successful payment; nothing you or a browser sends can create it.
3. Attribution
Attribution is last click within 30 days: the most recent affiliate link clicked in the 30 days before checkout is the one credited, and the credit attaches to the subscription created at that point.
If a customer cancels, commission on that subscription stops. If they subscribe again later, it's credited to whoever's link is used then.
4. Holding & getting paid
Each commission is held for 30 days ("maturing") after the payment, then becomes withdrawable, so the payment is fully settled first.
Payouts are made by UK bank transfer, run monthly, once your available balance is at least £10. We arrange the transfer with you at your confirmed email at payout time; we do not store your bank details.
Balances are calculated by us from actual, verified Stripe payments.
5. Refunds, disputes & clawbacks
If a payment you earned commission on is refunded, disputed, charged back, or found fraudulent, that commission is reversed. If unpaid it's removed; if already paid it's offset against future earnings.
You are never put into debt to us by a reversal, it only reduces unpaid or future commission.
6. No commission is earned on…
referring yourself, your own or a household member's signup, or duplicate or linked accounts;
signups on a payment method already used by you or a connected person;
stolen or fraudulent cards, or payments later refunded or disputed;
fake, incentivised or automated clicks or signups.
Referrals from the same household, or from otherwise connected people, may be held for manual review rather than automatically rejected.
7. How you must promote
Always disclose that it's an affiliate link, as required by UK advertising rules (ASA / CAP).
Not allowed: spam, unsolicited or bulk messaging; fake accounts; bidding on "PokeSaver" or our domain in paid search; impersonating PokeSaver or using our name or branding in a way that could be mistaken for us; fabricated reviews or earnings claims; and misleading claims such as "guaranteed income".
Promote honestly, no false claims, fake discounts or guarantees.
8. Fraud & enforcement
We may review referral activity, and may withhold or reverse commission and suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
We may also suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, and may pause payouts while we do so. Where we close an account that has not breached these terms, any commission already genuinely earned is paid after a settlement period of up to 90 days (so any refunds or chargebacks can clear first); commission linked to fraud or a breach may be withheld.
9. Tax
Affiliate commission may be taxable income. You are responsible for keeping your own records and for checking whether you need to report it to HMRC (or your local tax authority). We don't deduct tax on your behalf.
10. Your rights
You always see your real clicks, signups and balance here.
You'll be paid for every genuine qualified sale under these terms, and can withdraw your cleared balance whenever it's over the minimum.
You can leave at any time; commission already earned on genuine sales remains payable.
11. Changes & law
We may update the programme or these terms; material changes appear here, and continuing to use your link means you accept them.
Governed by the law of England & Wales.
